Online Purchases: All sales made from our online store are final, unless accepted in writing from Ak-West Inc. To be potentially eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was purchased. This includes all accessories, manuals, and original packaging (if applicable).
Refurbished Products: If you encounter any functional issues with a refurbished item within the 30-day return period, you may request a return or exchange. Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product’s functionality are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping: Upon approval of return, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Ak-West Inc. does not cover the cost of returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. To return your product, product must be returned to the original location product was purchased from.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
